How is a membership different from buying a course?
A course you buy is a one-time payment and it's yours forever. A membership is a recurring payment that gives you every course in the plan while it's active, including the ones published later.
How and when am I charged?
When you subscribe, and then at the start of every period with the same card, until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
From your dashboard, under “My subscription”. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid, and you won't be charged again.
What happens to my progress if I cancel?
It stays saved. If you subscribe again or buy the course, you pick up where you left off.
How do team plans work?
You buy licenses for your organization and invite each person by email. From the admin dashboard you see everyone's progress per course.
